Applications to sit for the ABVM examination will only be accepted electronically.
The deadline for submission for the general vascular medicine exam is August 1, 2010. We have extended the application deadline to physicians wishing to sit for the endovascular exam to December 17, 2010. If you wish to sit for both exams or wish to sit for the general exam and it is past the August 1st deadline, your application will not be accepted. Names and addresses of applicants must exactly match information your credit card company has on file, otherwise your application will not go through. Please note: Any application that is not complete by August 1, 2010 will be returned. It is the responsibility of the applicant to insure that their application is complete. No exceptions will be granted.
